A large amount of apparel purchased online gets returned back to the brand, mostly due to poor fit. Passen is aiming to reduce that number and the waste associated with returns.
DIGITAL CHANGEROOM: Passen has developed a digital change room to take customers body measurements and help them find the appropriate sizes for them for each participating retailer.
